Sam has been a driving force behind the Urban Water Tower movement since its inception. Sam brings a wealth of experience, boundless creativity and an infectious sense of humor to the team. When she's not hard at work managing a film or TV set her favorite place to be is in her garden. 

 

Phil Parks
Together with John and Sam, Phil is one of the founding partners behind the Urban Water Tower concept. He has been involved in media, marketing, publicity and promotion for all of his adult life, and is an award-winning leader who is inspired by creative and compelling ideas. His clients include well-known international brands, major film studios and several local success stories.
